Tuna Bean Salad
- 100g mixed beans (canned)
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- ½ lemon
- little Italian parsley
- little salt
- little pepper
1. Put the mixed beans, tuna -including oil-, chopped onion and cut cherry tomatoes in a bowl and mix.
2. Squeeze some lemon over the tuna mix and adjust with salt and pepper.
3. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with Italian parsley.
※ Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil in case you use canned tuna in water.
