Clams Steamed with White Beer
- white beer
- 200 - 300g clean clams (sand free)
- 1 green onion
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 50cc white beer (Belgian beer)
- some salt
- some pepper
1. Scrub the cleaned clams and cut the green onion diagonally. Put in a pan together with the cherry tomatoes, add the white beer and cook on medium heat.
2. Wait till it boils and the clams to open, add salt and pepper, mix and serve!
